Dry hopped, with notes of caramel, toffee and citrus. Moderate bitterness. Cascade and centennial hops.

IBU: 70. Tropical fruit flavours and high bitterness,

HOPS: Skyrocket, centennial, Amarillo, simcoe and citra.

STYLE: Porter. IBU: 30.

This porter has flavours of roasted malts, which dominate above the hops, with a subtle balance between chocolate and coffee. Using 8 different malts and 2 types of hops.

STYLE: Low gluten lager.

A clean light lager, with a fresh character and a slight haze. Light in calories, alcohol and gluten, and using medusa hops.

STYLE:Wheat beer.

IBU: 13. A pleasant sweetness with orange fruitiness. Using orange peel from the local market in Guadalajara gives this beer an amazing flavour and a subtle creaminess. A little coriander seed with the presence of noble and saaz hops

STYLE:India Pale Lager

IBU: 50. Combing the bitterness of an IPA with the smoothness of an American lager.

HOPS:Amarillo, citra, chinock and centennial.

STYLE: Pre-Prohibition lager

IBU: 25.

Malt character, fresh with a medium body. Moderate bitterness, dry finish.

HOPS: Cluster and Perle.
