Not to be confused with Syrah, Petite Sirah is a different grape variety that thrives on the high altitude, arid soils of Baja California along Mexico’s Pacific coast.

A medium-full bodied red wine full of plums, blueberries and redcurrants over an earthy backbone. It’s silky-smooth with a warming, long finish and a hint of smoke.

Pairs beautifully with roasted pork, BBQ beef or burgers, black bean or rabbit stew, stuffed peppers and caramelised onions.

L.A. CETTO Chenin Blanc 2018

From the Guadalupe Valley of Baja California, Mexico. Aged for one year prior to release, this shows fresh tropical fruit of citrus, orange and mango, nice roundness on the palate, and just the right amount of acidity for balance.

It’s refreshing on its own and complements many foods, from fresh seafood and ceviches to more exotic and spicier dishes.

L.A. CETTO Zinfandel is a Mexican red wine from Baja California with one year in oak and 6 months in bottle before release. Intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry bring a very fruity palate, balanced with subtle vanilla

Powerful, exuberant, proud, it marries admirably roasts, braised meats, medium-grilled meat. Try it also with a platter of cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.

L.A. Cetto Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented for 15 days and then aged one year in oak barrels and 6 to 8 months in bottle. Clean and bright ruby red.Hibiscus aroma, red currant, red fruits such as plum or raspberry.Medium body with a good fruit-acid balance, light tannins and a smooth finish and aftertaste.

Pair with grilled steaks and beef dishes along with tomato-based pasta, or semi-soft cheeses.

A Mexican white wine from Baja California showing lots of fresh citrus notes on the nose. The palate brings classic white fruit flavours of pear backed by citrus, with balanced acidity throughout producing a fresh and long finish.
