A Mexican white wine from Baja California showing lots of fresh citrus notes on the nose. The palate brings classic white fruit flavours of pear backed by citrus, with balanced acidity throughout producing a fresh and long finish.
A great accompaniment for seafood, salmon and salad. For a true Mexican experience, try it with fish tacos or lightly spiced totopos/nachos.
